British Columbia trophy Black Bear bowhunting with our outfitter is truly exceptional. Our outfitters area is custom tailored for the discriminating bowhunter to spot and stalk GIANT BLACK BEARS in. As true to our consistent criteria this outfit is run by a bowhunter and several of his guides bowhunt as well. With approximately 5,000 square miles of territory, these bears get a chance to get OLD and BIG. The terrain is a mix of salmon streams and lakes, as well as numerous mountain ranges, with an abundance of Bears spread throughout this vast hunting area. These Bears are hunted either in the spring or fall because of the diversity of the landscape in this incredible Black Bear filled part of BC.

This is an awesome time to consider going to BC to pursue these amazing Bears. Experts estimate the BC black bear population to be between 120,000 and 160,000. This means a target rich environment for you with excellent trophy potential. We have had clients see over 30 Black Bears in a week of hunting with stalks daily on mature bruins. Baiting Bears is NOT LEGAL in BC so spot and stalk is the preferred method of pursuit. Hunting over hounds is also legal and can make for a very exciting hunt.

This Black Bear hunting area contains many miles of logging roads and clear cuts. Our hunters have an excellent chance of success and are likely to see many Black Bears during the course of their guided hunt. Many a trophy Black Bear have been taken from this area. If that wasn’t enough to get you excited then perhaps learning that this area is a two Bear area might do it. You have a legitimate chance of harvesting not one but two P&Y CLASS BLACK BEARS! If that doesn’t get you fired up to head to BC then we may need to check your pulse.

Our outfitter has a lengthy background with guiding his bowhunting clients to success. This is not the exception but the norm. Shots can be top pin or if you wind up in one of the many clear cuts you could anticipate a longer shot. One thing we know for sure is that if you put in your time in the field you will get your opportunity. Spring hunts will be just for Black Bear but during the fall you can combo with Moose for an exciting mixed bag opportunity. This outfitter knows BIG BEARS and how to hunt them…all you need to do is get there and be ready.

One last thing about this hunt is that it is value packed. The prices you see are ALL INCLUSIVE! If you take some time and look through the market today on what two Bear hunts go for in British Columbia…you will quickly see this is an extreme bargain and sells itself. Keep in mind that all licensing, taxes, airport pickup and return, meals, lodging and trophy prep are all included. Add in the high success on slammer Black Bears and this hunt is a no brainier. Numerous references can be provided at your request.
